I am not advising you to stop talking to the person, but you need to take a step back and give this person time to think things through without you being labeled a problem in the process. Do call the person but do not talk about the relationship, focus on other things and topics and if anything pretend you are friends. If your partner was just going through a phase it should wear off.

If however the relationship is beyond saving then do not waste time on it . There are lots of people who you would rather be with anyway. You still have your friends and family there for you. All you have to do is give yourself time to get over this relationship.

At this point advice streams in like spend time with other people, hang out and so on. Spending time in the company of other people is definitely a good idea, but you can’t around people forever. So besides spending time with other people you should think about the things that you enjoy doing on your own.

Even if you think it doesn’t count for much, if it gives you quality you time then its good. People have a variety of things that they enjoy, like reading movies, playing sport, traveling and so on. Even if it’s just sitting in front of your computer and doing whatever, being alone shouldn’t make you feel awkward. These are just some tips and ideas, you can find sites where this whole subject is opened up, broken down and made so simple getting over a break won’t be the heartache you think it is.

As we live through life we sometimes come across situations that requires some words of encouragement.I mean from time to time we are faced with certain circumstances that calls for more than just experience and zest to overcome. If you have a relative who needs some some biblical encouragement then why don’t you read below to find out more about this very sensitive matter.

The Loss of a loved one

Someone who has lost a loved one needs someone who can speak positively about the situation. They need to hear good things and positive talk. Do not over do it. Find the right things to do and words to say.

Grieving people go through various phases of grief and you need to be sensitive to understand the grieving process and what words to say at each stage.

A person who is just starting a new job

It can get very intimidating to move in to a new workplace especially if it is not what you have done before. If you know someone who has just started in a new job then you better think of a way to make him or her comfortable and at ease. For someone who has a good sense of humor, you can just send through some heartfelt encouragement poem about being in a new job.

Someone living in a foreign country

Being in a new country can be so intimidating especially if you can not understand the local language. You may start asking yourself what you are doing there anyway and missing home is inevitable. I know someone who fell into a serious depression a few days after arriving in a new country – to stay for 12 months. It took two months to get that person out of the “slump” .

There are many more people who need to be encouraged from time to time. These include those who are sick and those in prisons. So while you are going about enjoying your life, do take sometime to say a positive word to someone who needs it.

Fresh Start Encouragement Words

If you have come to a point where you are tired of where you are i.e you feel like you need a change or a fresh start after a certain ordeal then letters of encouragement can play a major factor in getting you up and going.

The reasons that drive us to make certain changes in our lives are different and they affect each one of us differently.

1.    Losing someone special: There are also different losses in this category. For instance, you can lose someone you love through death. A friend of mine lost his fiancée in December 2007 and to date he still keep her pictures on his phone. I have seen him cry a few time especially when something reminds him of her.

If you are trying to have a fresh start from such an ordeal then do not let yourself think that you are burying her or him in the past or simply forgetting about him or her. It simply means you are trying to keep the memories and let them inspire you to live the rest of your life.

2.    Starting a new job: just find free encouragement greeting card templates which you can use as they can also inspire someone who has just started a new job. My first day at work isn’t a very good memory to me either. The one thing I remember about it is how nervous I was. It takes time to get used to a new office. Allow a few days to get used to the place before you give up on it. It will only be a matter of time before you become your own self again.

3.    New location: if you have just moved into a new location I can only imagine how difficult it is for you. The best way to get over being home sick or lonely is to try and find good things to excite you and laugh about. Get out of the house, go to the mall, watch some movies or find some encouraging words in tough times on the web. Either way, you will forget about where you are for a moment and by the time you come back to reality you will be too strong to be depressed.
