   The first statement talks about proving a strategy works. That is proving a positive. That is quite easy. Like proving water makes things wet and that the wind blows things over. Simple.

   The second talks about proving negatives. Prove Im not Neil Armstrong or that skipping rocks wont eventually cause a hurricane. The same way religious people say prove God doesn’t exist? Thats a negative
