How can I obtain an extra copy of a marriage license after 50 years?

My grandfather recently pasted away and my grandmother is trying to figure out all the bills, etc. Some places require to see a copy of their marriage license in order to transfer his accounts to her. The problem is my grandfather had hidden the marriage license and our family can’t find it. How do I go about getting a duplicate copy of their marriage license after 54+ years?
(They were married in Michigan and were currently living in North Carolina if that helps anything). Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

How can you prove no marriage occurred between two people?

I have this lady I know, and she’s involved in some legal issues, and the court has repeatedly stated she was married to this other person, but she was not. They refuse to look into this themselves. Is there any way to force the court to investigate this or is there some document you can obtain proving that no marriage between two individuals ever occurred? Any help with this tricky question would be greatly appreciated as I am no lawyer myself. I saw something called “Certificate of No Public Marriage” but I’m not sure if this would do the trick?

My girlfriend is a German Citizen, and we realized that the German bureaucracy doesn’t easily recognise the Indian marriage certificate and there are a lot of complications. But now, for me to get married in Germany I need to produce a valid certificate of marriage ability to the Registrar office in Germany. How shall I obtain one? And, how can I obtain a duplicate Indian birth certificate? I lost my marksheet and diploma certificate from the deemed university, how shall I obtain a duplicate of that? But the most important certificates are certificate of marriage ability and birth certificate. Please help me. Thank you.
